Road – Queueing traffic due to earlier traffic problem on A14 Orwell Bridge both ways from J56 A137 (Wherstead Interchange) to J57 A1189 Nacton Road (Nacton Interchange). Slow traffic on A14 Westbound at J49 (Stowmarket), in the roadworks area. Slow traffic on A1 Great North Road Southbound at A421 Bedford Road (Black Cat Roundabout). Queueing traffic on A421 Great Barford Bypass Eastbound before A1 Great North Road (Black Cat Roundabout). Queueing traffic due to a swan on road on A45 Nene Valley Way Westbound from A428 Bedford Road (Barnes Meadow Interchange) to A5076 Mereway (Queen Eleanor roundabout). Queueing traffic on The A5123 Southbound at M1 J15A (Towcester / Northampton Services). In the roadworks area. Reports of heavy traffic due to accident on Upper Street Northbound before J30 (Stratford St Mary). Usual congestion on A120 Coggeshall Road Eastbound before A12 J25. Usual slow traffic on A120 at Galley’s Corner. Slow traffic on A1114 Great Baddow Bypass inbound at the Army and Navy roundabout. Usual congestion on A130 Northbound at A12 Chelmsford Bypass. Accident cleared on A127 Southend Arterial Road at A128 Tilbury Road (Halfway House roundabout).

Port – The port has had a major communications failure which started at 03:00 hours this morning. Currently the port is essentially closed as they are marshalling all traffic to be parked safely. We have had no updates as to when this will be resolved. Please expect major delays to inbound and out bound traffic. No issues to report. Further operational information can be found here.

Queueing traffic on A3 Northbound before M25 J10 (Wisley Interchange). Slow traffic on M25 both ways at J10 A3 (Wisley Interchange). Congestion to J9 Leatherhead clockwise, a few miles anticlockwise. A3 queues northbound from Ockham Park. In the roadworks area. M25 clockwise busy but moving before J15 M4. Slow traffic on M25 anticlockwise from J17 A412 Denham Way (Maple Cross) to J16 M40. A405 North Orbital Road clear between M1 J6 and B4630 Watford Road (Shell Roundabout). Slow traffic on M25 anticlockwise from J21 M1 to J19 A41 (Watford). Usual congestion on A111 Southbound between M25 J24 / A1005 (Potters Bar) and Chalk Lane (Cockfosters Station).
