Queueing traffic on A1114 Great Baddow Bypass inbound at the Army and Navy roundabout. Slow traffic on A127 Southend Arterial Road Westbound before A1245 (Fairglen Interchange). A12 Northbound re-opened, late finish of roadworks earlier at J12 A1023 Chelmsford Road (Mountnessing / Shenfield).
