Slow traffic and traffic heavier than normal on A141 Southbound from B1040 Fenton Road (Warboys) to B1090 Sawtry Way (Huntingdon). Very slow traffic on A603 Barton Road inbound between M11 J12 and The Fen Causeway. Heavy traffic on A137 Wherstead Road Northbound before A14. Very slow traffic on A12 Northbound before J33 A1214 / A14 (Copdock Interchange). Slow traffic on A12 both ways from J25 A120 (Marks Tey) to J27 A133 Cymbeline Way (Avenue Of Remembrance Roundabout). Congestion to J29, in the roadworks area. Slow traffic on A120 Coggeshall Road Eastbound before A12 J25. Slow traffic on A131 Braintree Road Southbound from Main Road (Deres Bridge Roundabout, Little Leighs) to A130 Essex Regiment Way (Little Waltham), in the roadworks area. Queueing traffic on A130 Northbound at A12 Chelmsford Bypass.

Road – Usual delays on Burgess Road around A33 The Avenue. Queueing traffic on A33 Bassett Avenue between Bassett Green Road (Chilworth Roundabout) and Winchester Road Roundabout. One lane blocked and heavy traffic due to broken down vehicle on M3 Southbound from J9 A34 (Winnal roundabout / Winchester North) to J10 A31 (Winchester). A3090 Northbound closed due to ice from A36 (West Wellow Services roundabout, Ower) to Sherfield English turn off (Romsey). Delays on A32 Fareham Road between Gosport and Fareham. Heavy traffic on M275 Southbound at A3 (Rudmore Roundabout).

Road – Traffic returned to normal, earlier broken-down vehicle on M25 clockwise between J29 A127 (Romford / Basildon) and the QE2 Bridge. M25 anticlockwise clear at the Dartford Tunnels. Traffic returned to normal on A2 London bound before A2260 Southfleet Road (Northfleet / Ebbsfleet Turn Off). All lanes open, broken-down car removed on M25 anticlockwise at J2 A2 (Darenth Interchange). Traffic returned to normal on M25 clockwise between J5 M26 / A21 (Sevenoaks) and J6 A22 (Godstone). Queueing traffic on A25 Main Road both ways near New Road, in the roadworks area. Buses run instead of trains on Southern between Oxted and East Grinstead due to landslip. Slow traffic on A217 Reigate Hill Southbound from M25 J8 to the one-way system. Slow traffic on M25 clockwise between J9 A243 (Leatherhead) and J10 A3 (Wisley Interchange). A3 Northbound clear before M25 J10 (Wisley Interchange). Heavy traffic on M25 clockwise from J11 A320 St Peters Way (Chertsey) to J16 M40. Heavy traffic on M25 anticlockwise before J12 M3. Very slow traffic on A312 The Parkway Southbound before M4 J3. Slow traffic on M25 anticlockwise between J17 A412 Denham Way (Maple Cross) and J15 M4. Congestion to the M40 northbound, queueing back along the A40 to Hillingdon. One lane closed and queueing traffic due to accident, a lorry and a car involved on M25 anticlockwise after J25 A10 (Enfield). Congestion to J26 (Waltham Abbey). Queueing traffic on A10 Great Cambridge Road Southbound before M25 J25.
