A14 Eastbound exit slip road closed due to flooding at J46 Thurston Road (Thurston / Beyton Green). Traffic returned to normal on A130 Northbound at A12 Chelmsford Bypass. Speed restriction of 40 mph and one lane closed due to resurfacing work on A12 both ways between J13 B1002 (Ingatestone) and J16 B1007 Stock Road (Galleywood).
