Road – M4 – Very slow traffic due to earlier stalled vehicle on M4 Eastbound between J11 A33 Basingstoke Road (Reading) and J10 A329(M) (Wokingham / Bracknell). Congestion to J12 (Theale). Breakdown now recovered and all lanes have reopened. M25 – Slow traffic on M25 clockwise from J9 A243 (Leatherhead) to J11 A320 St Peters Way (Chertsey). In patches.
Port – Slower turnaround than usual, some congestion. No other issues reported at present.

Road – A13 – One lane blocked due to stalled vehicle on A13 Eastbound from A126 (Lakeside Turn Off) to A1012. Traffic is coping well. Lane one (of three) is blocked towards Basildon. M25 – Lane closed on entry ramp due to stalled vehicle on M25 clockwise at J6 A22 (Godstone). Traffic is coping well. Lane one (of two) is closed on the slip road from the roundabout.
