Road – Slow traffic on A134 Rougham Road Northbound between Low Green and A1302 Cullum Road. Partially blocked and very slow traffic due to accident on B1007 Stock Road both ways from Ship Road to the Temple Grove Park Turn off. Two lanes closed and long delays due to emergency repairs on A12 Ingatestone Bypass London bound from J15 B1002 (Three Mile Hill) to J13 B1002 (Ingatestone). Congestion to J17 (Howe Green/Chelmsford). Lanes two and three (of three) remain closed.
