Road – M25 – One lane closed and queueing traffic due to accident, three cars involved on M25 anticlockwise at J27 M11. Lane four (of four) is closed shortly before the Bell Common Tunnel, one of the cars has spun out and collided with the central reservation.
M25 – Severe delays of 17 minutes and delays easing on M25 clockwise between J29 A127 Southend Arterial Road (Romford / Basildon) and J30 A13 (Lakeside / Purfleet). Average speed five mph.
