M25 – Short delays on M25 clockwise between J10 A3 (Wisley Interchange) and J11 A320 St Peters Way (Chertsey). M3 – Lane closed on entry ramp and queueing traffic due to stalled vehicle on M3 Southbound at J4 A331 (Camberley). Congestion to the junction with A3011 on the A331. Lane one (of two) is closed on the entry slip road. A331 – Severe delays of 13 minutes and delays increasing on A331 Northbound between A3011 and M3 J4 (Camberley). Average speed ten mph.

Roads
M25 – Queueing traffic and traffic heavier than normal on M25 clockwise from J29 A127 Southend Arterial Road (Romford / Basildon) to J30 A13 (Lakeside / Purfleet). Likely due to traffic avoiding the delays on the M11 and the closure of the A406. A406 – Road closed, severe delays and queueing traffic due to earlier rolled over lorry and crane on A406 North Circular Southbound between M11 J4 and A12 (Redbridge Roundabout). A13 – Earlier accident, two vehicles involved on A13 London bound after A130 (Sadlers Farm Roundabout). The entry slip was closed for about 30 minutes. Lanes re-opened around 07:45. Residual delays remain. All lanes have been re-opened.
