Road – M25 – Slow traffic due to earlier stalled car on M25 clockwise between J25 A10 Great Cambridge Road (Enfield) and J26 A121 (Waltham Abbey). Traffic was held for a few minutes at 10:00 shortly after the Holmesdale Tunnel to attend to the car in lane one.
