Road – M25 – Ramps closed due to fuel spillage on M25 clockwise at J21A A405 North Orbital Road (St Albans). Traffic is coping well. Due to a diesel spillage on the roundabout above the motorway, both the entry and exit slip roads for the M25 Clockwise are closed.
