Road – A12 – Queueing traffic for five miles due to earlier accident, lorry and a car involved on A12 London bound before M25 J28 (Brentwood / Brook Street Roundabout). Congestion to J13 (Ingatestone). Lane two (of two) was closed. Travel time is 30 minutes.
M25 – Severe delays of 36 minutes and delays increasing on M25 clockwise between J29 A127 Southend Arterial Road (Romford / Basildon) and J31 A282 Canterbury Way (Lakeside / Purfleet). Average speed five mph.
Port – Slow turnaround due to congestion. The port came to a halt temporarily last night due to the wind.

A13 – Severe delays of 15 to 20 minutes and delays increasing on A13 Westbound between A1089 (Tilbury / Baker Street Interchange) and M25 J30 (Lakeside / Purfleet). Average speed 10 mph.
Port – No issues reported at present.
